Looking inside a geode is a mesmerizing experience.  While the outside looks rough and weathered, the inside sparkles with beautiful colors, crystals, and swirls.  Using fluid acrylics, gold and silver accents, and dramatic contrast, I try to capture the magnificence that is found in nature.
